Kristin Andris
Kristin Andris brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing and communications, including web design, social media management, grant writing and volunteer management for not-for-profit entities. She holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science, a Master’s in Journalism, and a Master’s in Secondary History Education. She is currently a teacher at Veteran’s Memorial Middle School, where she also serves as Social Studies Department Chair.

Marina Mendenhall
Marina Mendenhall is a strategic advisor working at the intersection of institutional finance and emerging technology. As Founder & Principal of The RWA Ledger and Partner at Tiburon Advisory Group, she has built a career helping clients accelerate their mission and vision through advocacy, engagement, and relationship-building. Her experience spans leadership roles across financial services firms, including AssetMark, First Republic Bank Private Wealth Management, and Wells Fargo, where she developed a strong foundation operating within highly regulated environments. This background has positioned her as a trusted voice for early-stage founders and changemakers navigating funding, positioning, and institutional alignment.

Rachel Vogt is an art educator with past experience at the Columbus Museum as the Academic Programs Manager. She is currently working towards her Master’s in Public Administration.

Olivia Fortson is the co-founder of Sticker and Stamp, a secondhand craft supply shop where sustainability meets artistry. Olivia received her music education degree from Columbus State University. She is also a Choir Director for Voices in the Valley.

Kat is a Columbus native, a graduate of Hardaway High School and Columbus State University. She is an active REALTOR® licensed in Georgia & Alabama with the Locals Real Estate Group at Coldwell Banker Kennon & Parker. Her enthusiasm for people is contagious, and evident even in her hobby as a group fitness instructor at several local venues. A passionate and tireless community volunteer, Kat shares her talent serving with a number of organizations to include: StartUP Columbus, the Muscogee County Library Foundation, the Junior League of Columbus, Phi Mu Fraternity for Women, American Mensa, and others. She is a graduate of Leadership Georgia (2025), Leadership Columbus (2013), and Young Gamechangers (Fall 2017), a program of Georgia Forward. Kat is happily married to her college bestie and the couple has two children.
